Tim has been an integral part of the DWP management team for more than 15 years. With a distinguished history in the wood and veneer industry, Tim oversees the production team and material procurement for DWP.
Chief Financial Officer
Chris joined the DWP team in 2014 after working in both the public and private accounting sector. Chris brought a wealth of knowledge from multiple industries, including years of experience dealing with human resources, benefit planning, and 401(k) administration. Chris oversees the administrative functions of the company, including accounting, finance, FP&A, benefit coordination and logistics.
Chief Executive Officer
After a sucessful career as a commercial banker and consultant for more than 25 years, Buddy joined the DWP team in 2017. Buddy brings with him a vast knowledge of the financial sector, strong leadership, and is a trusted partner to colleagues, customers and suppliers. Buddy oversees the sales efforts of the company and maintains a seat on our Board of Directors.
